Located in Key West, 1.5 km from Higgs Beach, The Porch on Frances Inn provides air-conditioned rooms and express check-in and check-out. Fantastic property run by the loveliest people. the room was comfortable and we were given free access to bicycles to ride around to places we wanted to see. We were also given sunscreen in our room that we could take with us for our days out. They also had beach towels to use. Coffee and snacks were provided in the morning. Great stay and would highly recommend!

They are truly customer focused. The breakfasts were superb with latin european fusion and even gluten -free. The service is amazing. The B&B is close to nice local restaurants that have delicious fish and crustaceans dinners. Also the place lots of hiking trails, fishing and boating. Also just around the corner in Inverness you can get to over 40 mile paved cycling paths. We were in this neighborhood for the first time and this place provided us with a peaceful place to stay. The house has such a charme. The bed was very comfortable and all was clean. The breakfast buffet was lovingly prepared by the host. And I really enjoyed sitting in the quiet garden and watching the birds and squirrels.
