Clean apartment with all necessary equipment, we were welcomed warmly. We got guest card that allowed free public transportation between Grainau, lake Eibsee and Ga-Pa as well other discounts in the region. So it makes sense to travel to Eibsee with the train to avoid traffic and paid parking. There were beers and other beverages available for a reasonable price, also option for getting bread in the morning delivered to the room (not included to accomodation price) was a nice touch. Parking space right next to the house. We have enjoyed our stay!

Delicious breakfast with freshly made scrambled eggs and a great choice of cheese and hams. I also enjoyed the coffee and cake served to the quests in the evenings. Wonderful host, very nice and helpful. Fully recommend.
