More important than anything else was the attitude of the personnel!! I must name Fr. Nicole Valtinat and Fr. Nathalie Lamay as two of the most professional, competent and cooperative people I have ever dealt with in the hotel industry!! The cleanliness and the arrangements were outstandingly good, and Fr. Valtinat went way beyond the call of duty when she offered to serve breakfast to us half an hour early, just because my nephew had to catch an early flight!! We were duly handed our passes for the Schwetzingen Palace Garden almost soon as we had got to the hotel, and everything was so efficiently done as possible!! I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this hotel to anyone!!

A very nice apartment, it has everything you need and a lot more( oven, microwave, toaster, hair dryer, coffe machine). Everything is so close - shops, train and bus station.

One of the best accommodations i've ever stayed at! Location - perfect (1 min away from Bus and train station to Heidelberg and other nearby cities) & 5 min away from the palace & tones of amazing food outlets Parking - available free Park and Ride parking that the host informed us about Communication - host responded within max 1 hours and provided full responses and amazing recommendations when asked Check-in & welcome - easy, quick and amazing treats were left for us to feel welcomed! Design & details - everything is super modern, the apartment has absolutely everything you need (except washing machine but we guessed it may be coming soon) - iron, hairdryer, kettle, coffee machine etc etc

Fantastic, pleasant apartment. Lots of light coming in, comfortable bed, well equipped kitchen (many times a problem with short term rentals) and plenty of cleaning supplies. I was very happy to have found it!
