Henkilökunta oli todella ystävällistä, aamiainen runsas, suksivarasto toimiva, huoneet juuri remontoidut ja erityisen hieno oli spa-osasto joka oli mukava laskupäivän jälkeen (varsinkin suomalainen sauna). Mäkeen pääsi hotellilta suksien kanssa, ettei paljoa tarvinnut kävellä.
