The hostel is very close to the railway station Charleroi Center and to the station of bus A1 that goes to/from the airport. This is a basic accommodation (for example, there is no soap in the bathroom, and towels are provided for an additional payment of 1.50€), but my goal was just to sleep one night in a single room before going to the airport in the morning. The room was absolutely quite (no noise from other rooms or from outside), the bed was simple but comfortable, the breakfast was in fact very good for this category (bread, ham, cheese, pancakes, jam, etc.) To summarize, the hostel completely met my expectations.
This bed and breakfast offers spacious yet rustically-styled rooms, 20 minutes’ drive from the city of Charleroi. Château de Laneffe is ideally located for hiking and cycling excursions.
