Very well sound proof: the hotel is very silent, we didn't hear any sound coming from corridor or neighboring rooms.
All is very according the pictures.

I had reserved a basic room, but decided to upgrade to a Junior Suite. The receptionist threw in the buffet breakfast and the executive lounge, and gave us a good price. It was a smart move, extras made the experience even more comfortable. The hotel is across the street from the Brussels Central train station, very convenient. The neighborhood is busy, and there is a miniature homeless encampment in a sheltered alley around the corner, but nothing to get upset about. The soundproofing is very good. We visited during a Labor Day (May 1) festival, and some of the highly amplified music leaked in the windows, but it was tolerable. The location is right where we wanted to be able to walk to the sights we wanted to see, no need for a car. We had a splendid view from the upper floor window.

Room was stinking with some horrible smell &there was not enough tea or coffee in the tray. In bathroom there was no hand soap. I reported to the receptionist he gave another room but that was not done looked like someone was there as the bed was not done(clean) properly so I had to return the key and stay in the same room.
It's a basic hotel, good enough for a short business trip but other than that... no.
Parking can be found around the hotel and the hotel itself has its own parking.
Train station to Brussels is pretty close.
Sound insulation is very good so with the window closed you pretty much don't hear anything from the outside.
Staff is mostly friendly and helpful.
Budget=budget
I was in the neighborhood for a meeting that took very long, so I stayed for a night.
Nothing bad to say, but also nothing great.
Very average small hotel. Prices are just over the quality rate for me and breakfast was not even included...
The breakfast was basic but good. Ibis hotel is 3 train stops away from Bruxelles city centre or 12 minutes on train. The staff was very helpful, friendly and efficient, the reception manned all the time. They get 5 plus stars from me.
Very bad hotel, I booked through booking.com and when I arrived at the hotel they refused to let me in because the rate that I booked from booking.com is not acceptable for them !!!!
So the hotel is very very very bad.
The location is really close to P+R and free parking right in front of the hotel, hence it is perfect for a family travels with a car. The value for money is good and the room is quite spacious.
Hotel was as expected for the price. It’s very basic and no drink facilities in the room (i had a travel kettle luckily). Parking is €10 per 24hrs. Close to train station and bus stop.
The hotel has a very good value / price ratio. The room and lobby are clean, the staff is always ready to help. The bed was comfortable. Separate shower and toilet.
