The property was clean, friendly owners, great outdoors. The room, malheur, was perfect, functional bathroom and quiet. Breakfast was delicious and nice variation. loved the fact that Ingeborg, our charming host, made us eggs every morning. Great

Close to friends who live in the area. Local market, shops and a variety of cuisines. Easy access to Gent for the larger city and Dendermonde for the train to Brussels. I recommend the pizza takeaway & restaurant and the Chinese. I did not have a great experience of Jolies, as the food seemed to be thrown together, the wait long, the staff abrupt and the bill excessive for what it was. Pretty much, everything is within walking distance, though if you do walk you get funny looks because everyone else uses bicycles to get around.
