Beautiful views and the garden. Very nice bar and restaurant. Shout-out to a kind bartender who was helping to keep our two kids entertained :)

Price was great. Room was small but we didn’t stay in the room and so didn’t mind. Bathroom was small but it was newer and worked great with good water pressure. We walked to and from the train station in about 15 mins. There was a bus that we could’ve taken just outside the hotel. The hotel provided a transportation card that we used for free bus rides. Our favorite things in the area for our short visit - walks along the lake, Charlie’s World (a surprisingly great thing to do), and Chateau de Chillon.
Hotellerie de Châtonneyre located in Corseaux 0.6 mi from Vevey offers rooms with attached bathroom and a restaurant serving fine Mediterranean cuisine based on seasonal ingredients.

Chexbres is a quiet rural town in the vineyards with stupendous views of the lake and mountains. It has several restaurants and we especially enjoyed good food and service at the Lion D'Or. The bakery is delightful for a coffee and a cake or Swiss chocolate. A short walk took us to the Spa at the Hotel Baron Tavernier- an excellent relaxing start to our holiday.
Prealpina is a 12 minute walk from the station but beware, it is mostly uphill! The town in built on the slopes of the lake so expect some good exercise! There are taxis available and public transport is Free with a travel card from the hotel. Trains and buses are included and the system which is very well served with frequent travel along the lake edge.

A very quiet, private retreat.
A very quiet, private retreat. You can see the stars at night, because you are far from city lights. Much less expensive than Montreux, but an easy drive. Excellent staff, very welcoming. It’s a place that people go for religious retreat and contemplation, but if you are not there for that reason, it is still very hospitable.
Our hotel room, 25, had a narrow balcony overlooking the lake and the views were stupendous! There were other balconies which were much bigger below us. The dinner and breakfast service was really good as well, served in a dining room with, again, panoramic views of the lake and alps. When it is good weather, the hotel's cocktail/lounge bar has plenty of seating in a tasteful setting overlooking Lac Leman. One could take a fabulous walk along this panoramic view down the hill, 2 or 3 kilometres. The location is a dream.
Very nice hotel, but dark lighting in room. Only one half mile from train but a 40 meter vertical high walk and no taxi anywhere. I asked the hotel in advance for taxi with exact time I arrived at station, nothing. If you don't have a car expect to walk up a high hill with luggage. Also 4th floor room was very hot, with heat turned off in winter. No air conditioning so might be hot in summer. Otherwise beautiful views, nice room and staff was very nice!!
Beautiful chalet with a nice view on the french alps and the lake. Quite nice location in the lovely village of Chexbres with a lot of hiking, food and most important vine tasting possibilities. (Take care to check the opening hours of the tasting spots). We really enjoyed the stay (2 People). Frederic our kind host, as well has a gas grill which was perfect for a small barbecue on the terrace.
The location of the hotel and the Restaurant 'The Deck' as well as the lounge overlooking the vineyards of Lavaux is absolut fantastic. The view is magic and the food in the Restaurant is very delicious. Absolut a MUST! The staff is very friendly and we could also get a drink after dinner at the Hotel Bar.
We liked the location and the view from our balcony. The breakfast was a disappointment. Very overpriced. The hotel staff was not very hospitable but I think that is because they are catering to large groups for conferences. We are pleased we had a place to park.
stunning views welcome you at Prealpina. the modern hotel is set up well with free parking out front. the rooms were reasonable size. the staff was helpful and welcoming. it’s a short drive to major towns. the beds were comfortable and the bathroom was spacious.
the view is spectacular, rooms comfortable, great shower, the spa is wonderful and the staff very generous and friendly. The restaurant's food is no great (you pay for the view) but its is worh it. Breakfast was great, I didn't have lunch afterwards!
Beautiful room and the view was stunning over the lake. Reception staff helpful. Restaurant on site was wonderful for a special evening meal (breakfast worth it for the views only, food selection basic).
The view of the lake was amazing! The location of the hotel, high up on the vineyards, is exceptional. The breakfast, which had to be paid for separately, was delicious and included a great variety.
Lovely hotel, and lovely views on the lake. The walk to train station takes 10 minutes and is very pleasant. We loved spending time on the beautiful balcony. We will definitely return!!
The village is beautiful, the staff very friendly (a bottle of excellent wine from Lavaux!). The appartment is rather small, but cosy, with a special atmosphere.
The hotel is pretty amazing and the facilities are great. The Spa is very decent and you have a Lounge with a spectacular view of the lake and wineyards
