The view of the lake from the hostel was the best in my trip to Switzerland. The price was also very affordable making it the best deal in town. There was also a free guest card which allowed us to travel to Interlaken by Bus for free. There was a common kitchen with free coffee and tea available too.

This is a great hotel. Far better than a 2 star as its rated. The fire was lit for us at night to sit in the cosy inviting lounge area. The room was clean and beds comfortable. An electric jug is supplied with tea/coffee which was very welcomed at the end of a busy day sightseeing. Supermarket is only a few minutes away. The breakfast supplied is great. Friendly staff throughout the whole hotel. Train station is within easy walking distance also. We loved watching the snow fall from our patio area on the mountain and streets. We would stay here again and recommend to others visiting Interlaken.

Iseltwald is a beautiful village near Interlaken.
Iseltwald is a beautiful village near Interlaken. But little away from all attractions and need to take a bus to go to Interlaken and takes around 25 minutes. Evening last bus is around 8pm and need to plan your activities accordingly Otherwise Iseltwald is a nice place and you get an experience of staying in a Swiss village!!!

Iseltwald is a small village near Interlaken (30 minutes bus ride) with the most breath-taking views. It was one of the most mesmerising and peaceful places I have ever been to. I would highly recommend everyone who plans to do things near Interlaken to visit/stay at Iseltwald.NATHANI - 10Scored 10

Perfect! Thanks to Sonia, Mark- very knowledgeable on in all the directions that we need, Nicole and another associate. Very helpful and accomodated our request ti be transferred to the front view of the lake. A few feet away from the Iseltwald Dorfplatz 103 Bus station. It was really a wonderful experience.AAnonymous

The unique hotel located in the real center just in front of the Lake side that present you the fantastic view of the Seeburg(lake castle) and beautiful mountains and Brienz lake in front of you in your terrace. We are just in the center of the Iseltwalt where we can enjoy the spectacular natural scenery. Breakfast is so delicious and variety with breads, vegetables, kinds of ham and cheeses, fresh drinks in a cozy restaurant. The owners are very kinds with smile always.

It was easily accessible to the lake where you can swim in the summer! Breakfast was great and the staff was so friendly they helped carry up and down my luggage as I was staying at the top most floor and there were no lifts. The property enjoys what I can only describe as the best location in Iseltwald , on the lakefront and directly facing the jetty and ferry stop. The host of the property was friendly and helpful. The main road is at a distance so the apartment is quiet and feels safe for the kids playing outside. It's a professional location with a hotel, so picking up the keys was routine.
