The location was ideal for the business I had to do there.
It is a school. Lots of young staff with business suites, but they are all learning.

The hotel was very close to the station so easy to walk there. The staff were very helpful. I was able to walk from there to the Art museum. I have been to Martigny many times, and as I speak French I had no problems at all. there was nothing tht I would avoid.AnnUnited Kingdom - 10Scored 10

We were stunned & delighted with the extensive Roman excavations & displays of artifacts in the museum. Also delighted with the Rodin/ Giacometti / classic car exhibition. Again delighted with the Da Vinci display which was as good as that in the Washington Smithsonian!

Well , how to explain the beauty !!! All around are the stunning mountains! The streets are so clean , a marvellous array of shops, parks , things to do , one could easily spend a week in Martigny.

Lovely city; lots of shops and boutiques; lots of art and cultural activities including great impressionist museum, Roman ruins, castle and Barryland (traditional St. Bernard dogs museum). Tourist Info center very helpful.

The keys were on an envelope, I arrive in my bedroom: difficult to believe : there were no pillows on the bed . I look in the cupboard, in every corner of the room. : No PILLOWS to be found anywhere, I call the number given in the reception 3 times. Nobody answers my calls. What kind of service is this ? Incredible but true. I wrongly assumed that Switzerland had an honest,well-run, reliable hotel structure. Turned out to be below the minimal service one expects

It is not in the center of town so we used taxis when first arriving by train and thereafter frequent local bus 201. We could walk easily to the Old Town section, though, where we had dinner twice.
