Privacy was good. Breakfast was prepared to order and always on time. Room size was ample for 1 or 2 people. Balcony was nice to have. It was about a 10 min walk to the metro station and less to a train station. The hotel staff was accommodating to my very late arrival and early starts in the morning. He also was very helpful with advice about getting around the city and solving logistical issues.

Very quiet good for sleeping and very supportive bed with soft linens. No noise from the outside at all. The room was spacious by Swiss standards with comfortable chairs. Very large new beautiful bathroom. Excellent lighting, bright when you want and a small light next to the night stand when you don’t want to wake your partner.
Easy check in and allowed us late checkout. Also close to transportation and wonderful restaurants.

Prilly is one of the quarters of Lausanne situated very close to the city center (Flon), to the lake and to the University. There is a bunch of small bistros, restaurants, brasseries, pizzerias for a good price. The Prilly center is near the metro station, about 10 minutes to walk. There are also supermarkets like COOP, Aldi and small 7/11 shops opened also during weekends. I can recommend brasserie de Malley for lunch, brasserie des Abattoires for fondue, piadineria Mamma Mia, cafe de Bouchers, etc
