We actually did not stay at this hotel but their partner hotel Arte (5 min away by foot), so it was nice that they kind of upgraded us from 3 to 4 starts and did not charge extra for that because it was not our fault (hotel Oltnerhof was closed). Review for hotel Arte: amazing place, good facilities, modern and super comfortable furniture, great bathroom with everything you need... breakfast also has a lot of things and coffee machine is good. The ladies at the reception and at the breakfast restaurant were really nice and helpful.

The suburban/semi-rural location was perfect — just a 5-minute walk to the bank & coffee shop and a 15-minute bus ride into town. All staff members — from the gardener to the highest level of hotel staff — were very welcoming & helpful.

Martina was an excellent host! The breakfast was incredible, checkin was smooth and we had no issues with sharing a bathroom. There is a beautiful backyard to eat in. We came from a really long cycle ride and Martina went out of her way to pick up our pizza order as the restaurant across the road was on vacation.
