Nice little village.
Nice little village. Comfortably close to Nuremberg as well as to the Frankenjura. There is a train station thus one can get to Erlangen, Nuremberg or any other place pretty fast and without much of hassle as the train services are frequent and on time.

The hotel is situated around a cosy courtyard. It's very serene. Breakfast is very exstensive and with amazing (local) products. First night, because we booked last minute, there was a mix up, yet this was very nicely dealt with and in such a kind way. We decided to stay another night as this location was just a home away from home. We will come back soon!

We slept well - which obviously was the most important. Unfortunately the weather was poor so the restaurant missed the traditional Friday afternoon vibe, but we know otherwise it would've been excellent as we stayed here before. The food was excellent - we didn't have breakfast the following morning as we left very early. This hotel is highly recommeneded.

Unfortunately we arrived on a Monday & that is their day off so the restaurant was closed & we had to let ourselves into the hotel with the instructions they send.
