The hotel is clean and modern. The beds are comfortable, and the bathrooms are updated. My wife was even excited when she saw the Dyson style hair dryer. They took care of several little things that made the hotel feel high-end. The town itself is a huge selling point for me. It is a beautiful walled town that hasn't been fully commercialized. Do yourself a favor and get up early for a walk around the inside perimeter of the wall, it made the stay for me.

Sulzfeld is such a quaint town and this hotel seems to highlight the experience. The location is on the town's square, is attached to the town's best German restaurant, and it's a boutique wine hotel. It's just a great experience.
