The room was spacious and very clean. The garden was very pretty with flowers blooming. a nice terrace to enjoy the sunny springtime. A locked garage to store the bicycle. There’s a kettle, microwave and vending fridge on-site. Netto supermarket is about 150m away. Room is sound proved despite being full house for the day. A perfect place for a break.

Really helpful and friendly reception staff . Good secure bicycle storage . Young man from So. Africa working on premises was very helpful and friendly .
Room was more than adequate and although a bit dated was very clean and comfortable. Bathroom was clean and with good water pressure .
On site restaurant had reasonable price point and good dinner selections. Also had a fixed price dinner buffet available.
Breakfast had hot and cold food choices and was quite good .

My grandfather was born in Walldürn in 1856. I went to do some ancestry research and was impressed with the town where he was born. We enjoyed our stay at Zum Burgtorle and the owner was very friendly and helpful. The food was good and our room was very comfortable.
