A lovely little village / bakery and hotel / one of a string of little villages along the river Elbe leading to the Bastei. Very quiet and well maintained. Either side are villages with more restaurants and shops but this was quiet without crowds.LynetteAustralia

We were on holidays to celebrate my husband’s birthday, and had requested for a birthday cake… They set the table for us with flowers, wine and of course the cake, and they gave my husband a sweet birthday card… Really appreciate all their efforts 😊… The food at the restaurant was also very very good… All in all a great place to be in ❤️AcharyaGermany

The breakfast was very good and the staff kept the food on the buffet coming. There is a sauna but we didn't have time to use it as we were walking and needed to go out to eat. There is a restaurant on site but we wanted to try elsewhere.

Good location, short car ride to Königstein and Bad Schandau. Bus stop in front of the hotel. Mini playground for kids. My kids didn't want to leave and that says a lot.
