To spend time in a castle with so much history is an amazing experience. The setting is so beautiful and our stay was perfect. I enjoyed looking at every detail of the architecture, furnishings, and antiques. The nearby restaurant, Schloss, was superb.

Spent one night here on a solo travel with my motorbike. Somewhat old-fashioned property, but nice staff, a popular restaurant on the ground floor, and nice breakfast. The room was a bit too essential for my taste, but clean and ok. Parking for the motorbike was on a small lot to the back of the hotel. Enough room to perform daily maintenance. Not locked, but the village is rather secluded and quiet, far from the crowds, so no risk at all.
