The location is not super central but easy to reach by bus or subway. My room was extremely clean and the staff was friendly.

The hotel is located next to and industrial facility (refinery). The staff spoke little German and was abrupt about little things like “do you have a gym”. “Is the bottle of water complimentary? No! Do you have any facilities in house ? None! Etc. room was ok and shower was great. Safe in the room was good. Neighborhood seemed rough. Underground parking was good at 15 eu per night. The carpets are shot with lots of stains. But price was pretty affordable. Expect Little and you will be happy. Expect extra and you will be disappointed. No frills

Reviewers on booking.com often forget to mention their racial background (not nationality), which is actually quite important for a comfortable stay in a hotel. This is my second time staying at Vita Berlin. Staff very friendly, hotel room very quiet and clean. Breakfast staff very helpful, especially the big guy with a big smile. Internet (wifi) is good enough for FaceTime with family in another German city. Everything has been perfect for me. I will come back again next time I visit Berlin. 10/10

Nice and friendly staff. The apartment is well equipped with everything that is necessary. The apartment is very clean. The surrounding area have many villas and seems to be safe. I don’t see any minus points.
