It was very close to the main part of town, but still quiet. The main patio area is amazing to relax and have a coffee/drink. The staff were also very helpful.

I loved the balconies, the double rooms were much better than the family suites. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The pools were great we swam every day and a waitress named Maria or Mariam was extremely helpful and made our stay so much fun.

You can access fewer interest points from here (at least by bus) than from the west coast. Still well connected by buses to get to important points such as Cuevas del Drach (dragon caves) -not to be missed in the south (Porto Cristo) or Rafael Nadal museum in Manacor, or Alcudia in the north. Plenty of restaurants, souvenir shops, markets nearby and some minor beaches. Less crowded than the big resorts on the west coast. I heard more talking in german here than on the west coast (though speaking English you won't have a problem here). Quieter area than the big resorts, but still a decent nightlife in October here. Very safe, I liked it here.

Very touristic place, with loads of Germans and English tourists. We were looking mostly for local experiences, so we only stayed here for one night which was just enough. The food prices were quite high, to be expected when this area is so popular. Most resaturants catered for what the tourists were looking for and not as much local traditional food. The beach isn't too clean, it is filled with plastic trash, yet everyone seemed to be bothered only with the seaweed, which is entirely natural.

This charming seaside town is touristic, but not too crowded even at peak season. Though it's across the island from the airport you can easily get there using the shuttles that leave frequently at all hours, but have your hotel reserve in advance. The beaches and walking paths are lovely, and there are many shops and restaurants. Do not plan on changing currencies there. Money exchanges are almost nonexistent and charge 30% commission. We stayed 4 days, but a week would've been ok.

People are extremely friendly so you feel that you're welcome. Prices are normal, not the cheapest, not too expensive but definitely you get your moneys worth.

Cala Ratjada is really picturesque city with beautiful embankment. Unfortunately the beaches are not huge, so people sit not far away from each other. Sometimes it´s hard to find place at some beaches. But it won´t be a problem, if you go on Cala de S'Aguila :)
Everyone at the hotel makes sure you have the best experience, helpful, thoughtful and always kind with us. Everything clean and well taken care of. The breakfast and dinners are simply outstanding!!! The swimming pool great and the most beautiful beach at walking distance. Family oriented 100% and the best quality of service. The best food, the best customer service, great location, facilities, very satisfied.
There was a wide range of breakfast foods that were lovely to choose from the pancakes being my favourite.
The location was lovely 5 mins from a beach and 20mins by bus (caught right outside the hotel) to the nearest city and back - plus it was quite quiet at the time I visited so there wasn’t the usual business or rush of other people to disturb the tranquility of the hotel itself and surrounding vicinity.
We liked the staff they were really thoughtful and helped us a lot. We liked the double bed and the terrace and that the room was spacious enough for all. We liked a lot Cala Ratjada, very nice area. It was easy to park on the street and free. A lot of supermarkets in the area, restaurants, you can easily find whatever you need at not so expensive prices.
The location was truly the best in Cala Ratjada, the beach was right outside. If you’re lucky, you get to have one of your meals on the balcony overseeing the beach. The food was really good, plenty variety at most meals. If you check in having missed lunch, you can still have lunch after you check out (great for those with late flights).
Beautiful boutique hotel with a great atmosphere. The staff were friendly and really helpful. The cocktails were fabulous and the food delicious.
The beds were comfortable, rooms really clean and there is lovely decor. Endless hot water. The location is great for town, the port and beaches - and for buses to explore local villages.
The location was perfect, pretty close to the many restaurants & bars but still in a quiet street. Easy to also reach cala gat or cala agulla in a 10 minute walk for a nice beach day. There was a very good breakfast variety with lots of options to choose from. The room size was larger than other similar hotels we stayed at
The location was great. A 15 minute walk along the coast to the main town. The selection for breakfast + dinner rotated on a daily basis, which kept things interesting. Plenty of options for a Gluten Free traveler. The pool area and spa are lovely! I enjoyed two massages at the spa within the hotel (male therapist).
We loved the location for being close to Cala Gat beach and also for being relatively isolated. The area is very quiet. It is possible to go to the beach on foot and within a few minutes by car there are many restaurants and shops.
The hotel staff are very helpful.
Awesome service by owners Isa & husband and their team.
Great, tasty and value for money BBQ (braai!) on the Friday evening, do not miss this!
Really nice family hotel with great vacation vibes, live music, close to the beach and city center/restaurants etc.
really nice hotel for family holidays everything was great food was delicious evening programs close to beach but the best is that is really for kids and parents nobody gives you a bad look when kids jumping 100x to pool we will definitely come back
The food in the restaurant was great. We only had the breakfast in our rate, but decided to also have dinner in the hotel restaurant every night because the quality of the food was so good. The hotel is managed by very nice and competent personnel.
Very helpful and professional staff at the reception, amazing breakfast, probably the best we've tried in Mallorca, comfortable beds, we also liked the terase and its pool which has really epic view. Free parking in front of the hotel.
The food was consistently well prepared with good variety. The meals were the best part of staying there. The rooms were quite loud. Neighbors could be heard during the night and especially as their doors closed. Wham!
The breakfast was tasty, well presented and very fresh. Great way to start your day the atmosphere was lovely, the staff are kind personal and care about your comfort.
I would recommend this hotel to anyone
Everything was good in first week but second week looks like a challenge as Internet is either very poor or non existent in some of the rooms. Best to check if important.
We liked all the amenities hotel provided to the guests. We also liked friendliness of all staff members we interacted with. The location and the view was great.
