Lovely hotel, nice comfortable rooms. The thing that made it for us though was the excellent service from the gentleman who checked us in. He shown us the way to the parking garage and helped us park, he was so very friendly, nothing was too much trouble. Absolutely sensational service. We didnt get his name though :-(

The room was very basic a little tired and in need of repair here and there, when I booked I specified a Double bed but got two singles, was expecting a bit more as it looked very good on the site, staff were friendly and helpful, a very busy function was going on in the hotel it was crammed and very noisy into the night. Great location for sight seeing.

The receptionist was kind and efficient. The beds were OK, the bathroom was big enough and had almost everything necessary. The breakfast was also good.

Good location, just outside heart of city centre but only a 5 minute walk. On the plus side, it was quiet at night even on a Friday, when the city centre was buzzing with noise! I didn’t book breakfast but a lovely member of staff came out from reception and made me a coffee (free), which was very kind. The room was warm and clean and the bed was very comfortable. Thank you.
