Host was friendly, apartment was spotless, spacious and well appointed with washing machine fridge, dishwasher, gas stove air conditioner etc. Street parking was not a problem. Rush hour parking is restricted to 90 min on Avd. Montserrat but other streets were fine. Close to large Consum supermarket, bakery 2 doors down and local restaurants within easy walking distance.
