We stay here often, usually in a balcony room. This time that was not available so we were upgraded to a
suite. We really appreciate that loyalty is rewarded, and that it was done without asking!
We also like that we can go to the bar in the morning for a toast and coffee rather than the buffet breakfast.

Beautiful big hotel, the location is great, just in front of the beach. The hotel has access to the beach, rooms with balcony facing the beach as request.
The breakfast is good, with plenty options for vegan and vegetarians, the restaurant has visibility to the beach as well. The hotel is near the area for the restaurants and bars. Valdelagrana Train Station at 15-20min walk.
Nice bar area, with big glass windows, family atmosphere, and the staff is always willing to help.
The receptionist are very nice, Irene gave us the welcome and even the hotel was busy at the time we arrived, she helped us with no rush and she is really kind. Miguel gave us a great recommendation to go to Cadiz and explained to us how to get there. (30 minutes in the Catamaran, Ferri, and only €2.50 the ticket).
The Supermarket only 5 min walk.
Recommendation: take the time to walk the trails in Los Toruños Natural Park, beautiful place.

This place fits right in with the saying don't look at the jar but at what's in it. The hotel really looks beautiful from the outside like in the pictures but the room ("suite") was terrible. Acoustic insulation does not exist. Cheap parquet. The whole room looks shabby compared to the beauty of the place from the outside. I told the team the feeling and he looked bored. Too bad we traveled so far for this.

A small town with plenty of history, particularly of the Sherry trade (Osborne in particular).
Small enough to walk around comfortably, though there seemed to be no shortage of taxis.
Uncrowded (late April).
Many good restaurants and bars.
Very convenient for travel to Cadiz and Jerez.

This was a great clean hotel, with a really comfortable and spacious room. The minibar was a nice addition, and not excessively priced, though admittedly very limited options. Although the room had great soundproofing from the street, there was quite a lot of noise coming from nearby rooms and downstairs in the reception.

We came to the town from Cadiz. There is no comparison.
We came to the town from Cadiz. There is no comparison. The town is busy but not trendy as claimed in all the media. You can find a good restaurant or two if you do the legwork.
The harbour is not on the sea but on the river. We didn't think it worthwhile to try the beach.
We will can't see what all the fuss is about and will stick to Cadiz in future

Lovely town with some great beaches.
Lovely town with some great beaches. Easy access to Cadiz via catamaran and Jerez by train although schedules aren´t as frequent as in some other parts of the Spanish costas. Some really good restaurants and great value. Will definitely go back again.

Everything was fantastic. My room was beautiful and very comfortable with a big balcony, the spa bath was a lovely surprise, the staff on reception were extremely helpful and welcoming, the location was great. I didn't have breakfast, but the breakfast area itself looked really nice. I had been staying in Spain for a month when I arrived there, and it was the best value for money hotel I had stayed in by far during that month.
Absolutely fantastic location!!! You could not be in a better location in El Puerto de Santa Maria. It is perfect! We were met by the family and given all the instruction and help we needed and more! The Terraza is unbelievable. We relaxed there and had an amazing experience. The BEST in Puerto!!! We are booking again for next year.
A lovely traditional courtyard style hotel hidden off a dusty cobbled street. Don’t be put off by the front exterior. It is not a flashy hotel but a hidden gem with excellent staff and a very good kitchen. Excellent breakfasts but try and have at least one evening meal here as the food was top notch. Very enjoyable.
Big room and bathroom, excellent breakfast. Very kind, professional server during the breakfast and lady during the check out. Until now (after 6 different hotels in Andalusia) the best coffee, espresso, cappuccino quality. Good parking. Very quiet street.
We had a view of the beach from our balcony and the beautiful boardwalk. It was across the river from the main town of El Puerto de Santa Maria, but we enjoy walking.
There were plenty of restaurants and bars open nearby even though it was the off season.
Location is very good - walking distance to the beach as well as center / harbor (the town is very small), free parking at the street, friendly staff and superb breakfast (way better than common *** hotel). The value for money is really great.
Location is in good place of el Puerto de Santa Maria, near (in few minutes) free car parking. Clean flat. Very good value of money. Very safe door lock and very clean corridor. Outside is couple bars and fine walking river canal promenade.
What a beautiful hotel! We loved the art, the amazing breakfast, the design of our room and the comfy beds. The staff are all incredibly friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay and we will definitely come back.
Beautiful romantic hotel that includes very easy to negotiate parking (rare in Spain). A perfect getaway for honeymooners -- with great access to Cadiz and Jerez.
