The hospitality of the staff was exceptional.
The property has a lot of charm. It’s typical agricultural establishment when a friendly dogs and cats will follow you around. The room we stayed was very quiet, clean with simple decor.
Continental breakfast (included in the room price) was very satisfying. If you don’t feel like driving in the evening you can also book a dinner. Expect a simple, very tasteful home made food .
Offering a terrace and views of the mountains, Hotel Can Panyella is set in Gélida. Guests can enjoy the on-site bar. Free private parking is available on site. All rooms have a flat-screen TV.

There is a restaurant attached to the hotel which was very convenient. The hotel is located right off the interstate but a 10 min walk from town. It is a quiet town with some attractions and a beautiful view of the mountains. The owner was friendly when we first got to the hotel. It's about 45 minutes to the Barcelona airport.
