The town has a lovely market on Saturday.
The town has a lovely market on Saturday. All the shops and banks are easy to access. Be prepared to eat very late as the restaurants do not open until at least 8.30 in the evenings - not a problem for us. Easy to navigate around. We ate at Bar del Campo twice and could not fault the food or service.

Wrong time of year to visit much in and around Fortuna was closed. The hotel appears to be understaffed our stay way not enjoyable in fact we left a day early and that's out of a booking of only 3 days. Sorry not for us the advertising painted a picture of a far better higher quality place then was actually provided. If your a caravan owner of this site perhaps good but the hotel is very poor.Walker - 4.0Scored 4.0

The building is very fine - although in need of renovation. Most other aspects were sub-standard. The management should take lessons from the Parador group on how to cater for their guests who expect quality service for a premium price. Especially non native Spanish guests. Overall a disappointing experience

Good price for what you receive. Mari Carmen in the restaurant hotel Balneario is an excellent person and will take care of you .
