The breakfast was truly one of the most amazing I've had in any hotel and so well attended! The front desk staff assisted me in parking my car in the underground garage when there wasn't a space. I appreciated that free mineral water was available in the hall.

The room was great, nice and clean. The cats loved the bed :D
Check in was super good and the staff even proposed to give pet beds for my stay; great little extra.

Our ferry was delayed by 24 hrs and they were able to accommodate us. We had superb home cooked breakfast each morning with very attentive staff. We had a lovely dinner each evening our stopover turned in to a lovely tranquil stay. I would recommend this hotel for a cosy get away and a lovely area to recharge your batteries. I was travelling by motorcycle and the hotel had excellent free private parking. The lady could not have been more helpful.. allowed me to store my bike gear for the day and helped me to plan my train journey into Bilbao from the station just across the road. Would highly recommend and would stay again.

We were able to park our hire car and then it was an easy walk to the station to catch a Metro to the city. Trains run every 15 minutes and were cheap.
