The recepcionist didn't explained us anything about the hotel when we arrive, she just gave us the key and that's it, the key wasn't always working, maintenance said it was ok but he tried it himself and works but not with our key, it was very frustrating going ups & down all the time just to reset our keys, the last day one of the recepcionist a guy with the glasses explained us that the tea & coffee were free & even the parking, ON THE LAST DAY!!! Even a 1 star hotel could give you better description and facilities. Never gonna repeat it again, the room is clean & good though & the cleaning staffs are very friendly, receptionists except with the last guy, very bad.

Beautiful hotel, excellent location on the beautiful square next to medieval cathedral. The hotel breakfast is excellent and costs €6. The owners are lovely sisters willing to help with everything( use the google translator to communicate😊)
