The room was spacious and clean. A big plus was the buffet restaurant we could use anytime we craved for a good breakfast or dinner. The private parking was also a plus.

The property has incredible potential and the view is stunning. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The apartments, though a bit outdated, were roomy and had everything you needed. The pool is large and beautiful but the hot tub is not hot, more like lukewarm.

The hotel is inside a beautiful garden which serves a restaurant as well, giving off positive energy and rustic vibes. The staff was accommodating and helpful. There were plenty of shopping and restaurant options close by.

We had half-board at the Royal level and both the breakfast and dinner were outstanding. The breakfast, dinner, and pool staff were incredible. The location was great for us, much quieter than other locations on Tenerife.

Complimentary breakfast was extensive but would have liked to have more variety of pastries! The bar service on the deck was excellent and the view was lovely. The sun deck and ladder to the sea was wonderful. We had a triple room with a curved balcony overlooking the beach, ocean, restaurants and Montana Roja. Bathrooms could use some counter space.
