Loved the convenience to the places we wanted to visit within the city. It was central and easily situated via public transportation. They were renovating the lobby during our visit, but they were very considerate of guests needing access through the space as well as noise and dust. We were able to drop off our bags early, return our rental car, then take public transportation back to check in at 4pm. They didn't have a regular room available and upgraded us to a junior suite which was so appreciated. Our room was cleaned daily. We were given every amenity including razor, toothbrush and paste, comb, etc. This was the best shower I've ever experienced: a rainwater shower head as well as full body jets that had seriously excellent water pressure. We didn't opt to pay additionally for breakfast at the hotel and I'm glad we didn't as there is a wonderful place across the street that had amazing yogurt bowls that we loved so much we ate there every morning. It's called KOMO POKE Muntaner. Hotel employee Alex was especially friendly and helpful. He gave us a suggestion when we asked for a place nearby that had churros and chocolate. He also ran upstairs to see about which rooms were available when we were checking in, giving the credit to his co-worker who offered us the upgraded suite.
Ronda House is set just off Ronda Sant Antoni Avenue, 10 minutes’ walk from Las Ramblas. This hotel has a restaurant and rooms with satellite TV. The Ronda features bright, simple décor.

The Exe Cristal Palace is very well located next to the prestigious Passeig de Gràcia, the main shopping area and most important places of interest in Barcelona.

I booked the hotel because of the price and found to my surprise that it had the best location in all of Barcelona, as the metro station that is 2 min away gets you to all important sights. There are 3 lines crossing at that station, and that's all you need. Even food and shopping is nearby and all around.
