Friendly reception, quirky bits and pieces in the house and the garden, plenty of good food provided for breakfast, clean well appointed bathrooms, easy on road parking right outside the property. This was an overnight stopover so we did not get to spend time exploring the immediate area. We found a small and very welcoming family run bar that served tapas for a meal in the evening just a few streets away. Picon was very quiet with hardly no people and no vehicles around most buildings are only single storey.
