The shower provided lots of hot water at a decent pressure. If you take a dog, it is worth noting that there is open land within a hundred metres or so. The hotel is in the middle of a very busy industrial estate and looks like a soviet era apartment block. Luckily, it is well insulated from the noise of the lorries thundering along outside.
