Great little bar to eat and drink at when too tired to venture in to town. The shuttle bus and metro convenient although as some ppl mentioned it’s only a mini bus so I can imagine at busier times there’s a wait.

The hotel exceeded my expectations. First I have been upgraded from a double room to a premium double room. (A big thank you to the kind receptionist Pedro)
The room was not above the lobby but in the back, a very traditional part of the hotel with only 2 floors. The room was very very quiet, even though it was next to the lift.
The bed was so comfortable and really huge and so was the bathroom/shower as well.
The location is perfect if you are coming from the airport, or from the train station Santa Justa. From the hotel you can get to the 'Setas' in less than 10 minutes walk. There is a supermarket next to the hotel should you need something. The breakfast was good, with fresh orange juice and enough choices for everyone. The rooftop pool and sundeck were a big plus to enjoy the afternoon sun and grab a drink from the bar. The view is amazing, you can see the cathedral from the pool. I would definitely go back again. See you soon :)

Perfect location, walking distance to a lot of places and it was in a quiet part. The accommodation itself was beautiful and the rooms were great. The room was comfortable and had what we needed. Staff were wonderful.
It was 12 euros taxi into Seville Old Town
Hotel was very large and a bit shabby on the outside but smart inside.
The bar was very inefficiently run. One waiter was actually running up and down.
Breakfast was good a good selection.
It was set quite high up and had a main ring road running beside it so there was no chance of walking to or from this hotel.

The Town is very spread out and hilly, and unfortunately the pavements are in the worst overall condition that we have seen anywhere in Spain, and are often totally lacking or obstructed by parked cars, causing you to walk at the edge of busy badly lit roads. The best thing is the ease of access to Seville via the Metro from either of the two stations.

Amazing breakfast, rooms are spacious, the view is nice and so is the pool if you're able to use it when it's sunny. The bar/restaurant has some decent menu options and they offer room service. Walkable to a nearby grocery store. Staff are helpful and try to answer questions as best as possible. Lobby area and lounge is wonderful and allows for a bit of space if you're travelling. It would be ideal if they had outlets so you can do some calls or leisure time without disturbing people in the hotel room. Nice ambiance and decor.
Pardon me for this but I forgot the guy at the front desk but I won't forget what he did for a guest (me was the guest), If all the hotel staff all around the globe could be like that front desk 's critical thinking? I think all hotels will have a wonderful customer service in any online survey platforms or websites.. I used to work in a hotel industry through the other end of the line and I know exactly what could cheer a guest up upon checking in and that exactly what he did. Management should gave him extra bonus .
Excellent staff and service. Carmen extremely helpful on reception and Jorge and other bar staff very kind, friendly and helpful. Comfortable, clean and quiet. It is incredibly useful to be able to park the car here. We used the metro and found a stop, which enabled us to walk back to the hotel rather than depending on the shuttle. Uber and taxi is reasonable if you want to stay later in the centre of Seville.
Hotel has good location and nice staff. Some of the rooms are renovated, some are not. All public areas are renovated and look nice and fresh. Breakfast buffet is really nice with a lot of choice. We had a smell problem with our initial room and the staff was very helpful and they relocated us right away to a new room. Rooms are quite spacious and clean.
The hotel is quite impressive when illuminated and when you enter. The main hall is huge. The staff who attended us at check-in / check-out, in the restaurant, housekeeping staff were all quite friendly and helpful. This is always makes the visit nice. The breakfasts, at an extra price, are quite abundant and the dining room is comfortable.
Staff professional and very helpful. Liked the fitness center and pool and close distance by car to Seville. Free shuttle bus also ran every 15 minutes to nearest subway station and only a few stops to the center. Spacious hotel very nice 👍🏻 local neighborhood has 2 large supermarkets and cafes.
Check in and check out was smooth, great Christmas decorations and beautiful hall. Nice welcome table with water and crackers for kids.
Free parking. We liked that it was the close to the centre and because we had a car this was a hotel that offered free parking and close to supermarkets.
Nice sized rooms with real windows, everything you need apart from a kettle. Lovely restaurant, amazing breakfast I could have sat at for hours! Customer service all very friendly. Very clean and comfortable. Would stay again. Nice hotel decor.
Beautiful hotel. Room was spacious, clean, comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was fantastic. They provided a shuttle to and from the metro stop so getting to all the sight seeing spots was easy.
Amazing hotel - with very helpful staff - especially on the night if check in! Forgot his name.wanted to give him high praise and all the hotel amenities are amazing. Will definitely come back for another stay
Location was good if you have a car do go to Seville. Grocieries and shopping centers in walking distance. Kids really enjoyed the pool area. Atrium of the hotel was very beautiful.
