The place is clean, food is excellent, and the staff is superb. The place is a bit out of the main city so not much to do unless you drive to the city, about 10-15 minutes drive. At the same time, that’s good because it is very quite and peaceful. Will come back for sure.

Fantastic location on the Camino, across the street from the Gaudi Palace and Cathedral. They have a bar/restaurant making it very convenient. Many other bars to choose from in the plaza.

Elegant, beautiful and luxurious. This was my “reward” for walking this far on the Camino. The bed and pillows with the sheets gave me a perfect sleep. There is a beautiful common area with beer and wine for purchase and kettle with teas to choose from. Lovely and gracious hosts.

We booked this apartment for a stopover in the Camino and it was fantastic! Super easy to locate just by the side of Plaza España. We were given very easy instructions for check in and they kept in constant contact with us via WhatsApp. Our place was super clean with lots of space and we enjoyed a complimentary coffee in the morning. It was also very nice to over look the plaza. Astorga is a beautiful town!
