Great location central to harbour yet quiet at night. Staff were friendly and professional and the facilities are good. Lovely reception and Lounge areas. I like how you can’t reserve sun beds! Turn down service a nice unexpected touch as was daily room cleaning. We are out in various restaurants during our stay but the lunches at the hotel were really excellent quality and I wish we had eaten there in the evening.

The location of the hotel was just perfect. Great Breakfast. But I was mainly happy with the service! Mae, lady at reception was very professional and kind, very willing to help us with our problem. With no hesitation, she did her best she could, and solved it. I know it should be a normal standard at hotels, unfortunately, from my experience from staying in many hotels, even more expensive, it is not always granted. Therefore should not go by unnoticed.
We really appreciated her effort and it surely bolstered up the impressions of our stay in this hotel.
