It’s a financially challenged part of Paris.
It’s a financially challenged part of Paris. The people we freindly. Transport was served by the trams which seemed to be very frequent. The station serving the hotel is out of action, but the walk between stops is usually only a few hundred yards (metres). This connected the hotel to the centre of Paris in about 40 mins using T1 tram and line 13 on the Paris Underground. Maybe the poor underground maps helped confuse the Germans during world war 2, but they hardly pass any useful directions to first time visitors. Avoid asking police, taxi drivers? Bus drivers for directions as they all come from outside the city and don’t know the city?PaulUnited Kingdom - 2.0Scored 2.0

The hotel was clean and tidy with parking (Paid) and close to the motorway. The breakfast was disappointing and limited. The area ( 5 min Walk to the metro)was intimidating and we did not feel safe. The staff spent more time talking with other than tending to the customers and the music was loud. One of life's experiences... would give this one a miss

One recommendation for Indian travellers. There is a small Indian vegetarian restaurant with 15 seating (i would rather refer it as Chaat corner) nearby the RER station. The food is great with price as low as you pay in India. Try it and you will be amazed.

Microwave, washing machine (with one soap pod), tea&coffee for first day. Quiet neighborhood, for a well deserved sleep after visiting the city. Easy access with bus, tram and Metro. We saw Paris from different sides! Local boulangerie and restaurants are not as overpriced as in centre. We recommend this place very much!van PeltNetherlands

The cul-de-sac always seemed to have parking spaces and we didn't have to move our car once we arrived. Facilities in the apartment were OK. Despite the negative observations below, remember - this is Paris and this apartment IS really good value

The place is a little bit far from the center but it's easy to get by bus and train. The rooms are clean, the beds are not super comfy but is a good value. The breakfast is one of the best I've had in low budget hotels, good variety and quality of food + good price.
