The staff is delightful and exceptionally helpful. The location is fantastic, and there's parking available for just 3.5 euros a day. Despite arriving very late, Anna greeted us warmly. The rooms were fully equipped, clean, and nicely decorated. The tram ride to the city center takes about 20 minutes.

The hotel is right next to the big hospital complex. As that's the reason why I booked it, I give it top marks for location. However if you're going to visit the city or anything, that's definitely not the right place. Even finding food outside is tricky as you have to cross quite big roads and the choice is very limited. Another positive for people who come to see someone at the hospital, there is a vending machine selling ready meals + a microwave to heat it up. It was perfect for us as we ended up leaving the hospital past midnight on an empty stomach
