there was no English speaking staff that was available to help us in our needs, had specify upon booking that we needed to be beside/adjacent to a family that we were along with during the holidays but the staff said that they cant do anything about it. so what is the point of including a special request box that the hotel couldnt give. the location of the hotel was also partly hidden from the main street and no proper signs are visible, aside from that the pins that was provided for using the gates and rooms are not user friendly. as a tourist i strongly recommend that staff should learn or have the knowledge to converse in English.

Comfortable and clean hotel.
Comfortable and clean hotel. However i was charged €160 for aircondtioner when i check in which i did not know when i booked and paid 1 month before i came. There is no at least one ccommon refrigerator imagine it was 42°c when we arrive at the hotel. We could not keep our perushable foods like milk ( i was with my 7 yrs old kid who likes to drink milk). Overall it was ok for those who has a car for a person like me who is depndable on public transport i won't recommend the hotel.
A beautiful little apartment, very clean & equipped with everything needed for a self-catering stay. Right in the centre, so a very short walk to the shopping street, cathedral & about 10 min walk to the station. McD's & supermarkets only minutes away too, but even so it was very peaceful with no noise in the evenings at all. Tom was always on hand (via messages) to answer any questions.
Loved our stay in Meaux & hope to come back again next year.
The hotel is located on the outskirts of Meaux which suited us well. The rooms had a kettle and small fridge that were appreciated. Outside the room was a table and chairs where we could have a glass of wine in the evening. The hotel is set back from the road so it was quiet at night. There are good take-away restaurants on the other side of the River Marne about 10 minutes walk away.
Location was fun to walk into the center of Meaux. Also, desk staff was very helpful in printing out our boarding pass. If you're flying out of CDG in the morning, this is a much more interesting location than an "airport" hotel, and it really only took about 1/2 hour to get to CDG. Breakfast was lovely, including FRESH SQUEEZED Orange Juice, and Brie de Meaux.
It is very nicely located in Meaux. The view was perfect. Lots of restaurants around the place. Space was enough to accommodate a small family.
It takes 40-50 mins to the Eiffel Tower in Paris and just 20 mins to Disney Land. The place is easily reachable from both the sides as well.
Parking was perfect. It had some paid car charging point as well.
I booked one of the very few parking spaces which was very convenient. The view across the river from the terrasse and from our bedroom is great. Breakfast was good with a variety of options. Staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is very well located to visit the old town on foot easily - it's also very close to the station.
Nice apartment in a quiet neighborhood. It's close to Disneyland. The city center of Meaux is close by. There is supermarket and bakeries nearby. Although we were late to pick up the keys, Suzanna still came to help us to check in and park our car at the right place.
Nadeige lland her team went above and beyond what we expected and they were always very welcoming, friendly and helpful, in fact I am looking forward to coming and they made my stay feel like a 10 star hotel if that is even possible.
The surrounding scenery, the friendliness of the owner and staff, the cleanness, the big swimming pool (fully equipped, also for the grand kids), the accessibility by car (also train) to Paris, the overall value for the purpose.
A generous, warm hearted host welcomed us to their new, modern apartment. It is in a nice suburb near the war museum and a short drive into the cathedral in the centre of Meaux, and the number 19 bus to Disneyland.
clean room with excellent shower &comfy bed. near the train station and old town with a view of the river and church with breakfast included; staff were very nice
Budget hotel 30 minutes away from EuroDisney. We used it as a stopover on the way back to Calais. No frills but clean and comfortable. Perfect for one night.
