La ubicació, just davant del mar, i la terrassa amb la piscina i els seus serveis de bar i restaurant, són excel·lents. També cal destacar la facilitat del pàrquing, just al davant mateix, que funciona amb la mateixa clau de l'habitació i és molt convenient. Té un sobrecost de 15 euros diaris, però és molt pràctic. Les seves escales exteriors fan que no passis mai pel Lobby, tret dels moments de fer el check-in i el check-out, el personal del mostrador del qual, per cert fou extremadament amable i eficaç amb nosaltres. El seu esmorzar davant del mar és una experiència molt agradable.
