The room was very clean, and the location of the hotel is fantastic for shopping and leisure. Also it is in the centre for access to restaurants and walking distance to fun activities.

Only one night would recommend to anyone first class

I only travelled through Cheadle Village on the local bus several times but I remember it from a long way back. There are some local shops along with the chains and a few pubs and coffee bars to rest in. An Iceland supermarket dominates the centre. The abiding feature for me is the church and churchyard of St Mary's at the western end. It is very well kept and a lovely sight at the moment with the cherry trees all in bloom.
Around where I stayed, at The Village Hotel, the suburban houses are all large with well kept gardens and frontages.

Cheadle was a cute town within walking distance of my hotel.
Cheadle was a cute town within walking distance of my hotel. I found a lovely restaurant called Ratatouille that served me very nicely even though it was in the afternoon and I was the only person there. The village has suffered from the pandemic and some businesses have closed. It is a lovely place to walk around and spend some time.

Easy walking distance to Cheadle village, where there is many charity shops but few boutiques and no bookshops! Lots of barber shops and nail bars!!!
Village Hotel bar food was good for breakfast and lunch.
Beautiful walks in Bruntwood Park and another park near Village Hotel.

Fabulous hotel great location for Cheadle and Didsbury where we visited family. Our room had a lovely view over the park. There are loads of good restaurants near by however the hotel restaurant is excellent. Both the restaurant and bar areas are well decorated comfortable places to unwind. There is a fantastic Uber service here which is very cheap to get about. Would make a lovely Manchester airport hotel if you wanted to extend your holiday and go down the night before you fly. There are lots of places to walk in both Cheadle and Didsbury too.

Cheadle is a stones throw from Manchester airport so an ideal place to stay if you have an early or late flight. I stayed here due to being on a course for work (in Cheadle) and didn't fancy the long drive there and back in peak traffic.

Good hotel .
Good hotel .Good staff, Good Lobby/Foyer but the Rooms new decor did not appeal to me. (Loud colours and designs trying to make it look ultra modern) No telephone in the room although website stated room being booked has a telephone , Walk to the reception area was inconvenient to contact housekeeping / room service etc
My room was lovely and comfortable with everything I needed for my stay with amenities of a very good standard and a nice feel to it.
I don’t remember her name but the staff member who welcomed me was lovely and attentive and at this hotel they really seem to care about the guest’s experience above everything.
Because of this, I would stay here again especially as it’s great value for money.
The location is great, a short drive from Manchester Airport and a huge supermarket. The free parking was appreciated, too.
Loved this hotel! Our room was spacious, the bed comfortable, the room stylish. We chose the hotel because we wanted somewhere to rest after our flight, before we began our journey It couldn’t have been more perfect. So close to the airport, but quiet and right on a park. Elegant and low key with a just enough quirkiness to make it unique. The Stud Bar had great drinks and food. Later on we had an excellent meal at the Galloping Major restaurant. And genuinely friendly and helpful staff.
This is a gem of a property that really wowed us! We chose it because it’s close to Manchester airport. What we didn’t expect was the level of luxury for the price, the gardens and park as well as the restaurant which was far and away the best meal we had in our UK tour. You won’t believe this place it’s quirky in the decor and swanky in appointments. Fabulous and definitely on our stay list when we return. 15 minutes from the airport. Stay in room 19 or 20!
I’ve only rated the facilities down slightly as I booked this hotel to use the pool and children aren’t allowed in after 6pm so we only got 15 mins before we were kicked out. I do understand why I just would have liked to have it written clearly on the description as I wouldn’t have booked here if I had known. Otherwise a good stay. Ate in the bar and the burgers were good.
The staff were friendly whilst professional at all times. Nothing was too much for them. Especially the reception & security staff, a particular mention goes to Rahat for his can do attitude and beautiful demeanour, a class act! I will be recommending the hotel to anyone visiting. An excellent service and standard, great value for money. Well done all concerned
The hotel was excellent. Room was slightly small but bed was very comfortable, shower and bathroom was great. Tea/coffee facilities also included takeaway cups, which was great as we were staying to travel to Manchester airport the following day so came in handy. The gentleman on check-in was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again.
The property had to be the worst hotel iv stayed in. We were under a gym where people dropped weight and it shuddered our whole room till 10 and then we were above the club where we heard the lyrics of all the songs. When that quieted down we could here conversations of the guest drunk word to word. I had no sleep
An amazing hotel! Comfortable, convenient and quirky in the right way. The staff were friendly and helpful. we got some get local travel advice from the bartender. it’s about 10 minutes away from the Manchester airport, but its location on a park feels tranquil and allows you to walk in the fresh air.
I absolutely loved this place. It was spotless, comfortable, warm, friendly lady who checked me in and so cozy. A taxi was booked for me early the next morning and everything went to plan. This will be my first port of call whenever I’m flying from Manchester. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
I was stopping overnight between one flight that came in too late and the next too early -- plus an unending immigration line that constantly makes Manchester airport the worst in the UK. In the end I spent only about 3 1/2 hours there, but the staff was amazing and the room comfortable.
friendly helpful staff , facilitated a pleasant soujourn into the Cheadle countryside , interestingly titled hotel . decor reflects the history and architecture / design sympathetic to the history of the building .
fun stay in the turret
