Loved the place, wasn't expecting the place to look exactly like the pictures! Host was very welcoming, checked up on us and helped us with everything during our stay. Everything else was well maintained. Hot tub, cinema and the pool table was a blast.

Beautiful place to stay so close to Heathrow airport and easy to get to central London. Bus stop just a five minute walk . There was milk and bottled water in the fridge when we arrived and tea, coffee etc and cereals and snacks a lovely touch very quite neighbourhood

Check in was good. Room was good and the restaurant was also good. We had dinner on arrival but left early for the airport next morning to have a modest continental breakfast at the airport prior to our flight. Breakfast at the hotel was only good -and good value - if you like the 'very large breakfasts'.

Nothing if the customers service is poor the rest is poor, unhelpful was they threatened me for the picking up car to wait just 15 minutes, and refused to validate the picking car from the hotel, and we may get a fine for that

The location was excellent Breakfast was very good , there was different choice. To be fair other than the size of the room for two which was. Small it was good I did not get to spend the two nights paid for had to leave to have an eye surgery

Excellent breakfast and staff. Reception staff extremely friendly and accommodating. Cannot fault them in any way. The rooms were clean . Fresh towels and very secure.
