Hotel in a central location, having the pool is great, although opening times/restrictions regarding children should be more immediately avaliable when booking. Plenty of tea/coffee in the room, was slightly cold in the night with no option for heat on the heating/air con system.

Beds were comfortable. Has a premium look about the hotel generally. Rooms were clean and housekeeping was good.
The champagne reception was a good experience. We had dedicated waiting staff that topped up drinks and provided a good service. The waiter remembers us and spoke to us the next day at breakfast. This was very pleasant and the kind of service we would expect and appreciated.

Everything was lovely the pool outstanding and clean
The room was lovely and spacious bathroom lovely with toiletries and hair dryer provided we forgot our toothbrushes so they provided us 2 .

Gorgeous hotel, friendly staff with great facilities (pool/spa, restaurant(s), parking). Very charming hotel, finished to a high standard. My room on the second night was a lovely suite style room and the lovely receptionist brought my luggage up to me. The second floor smelled absolutely amazing!
