not many restaurants open in the evening.

not many restaurants open in the evening. No banks but a banking hub if needed. nice coffee shops. Tourist info not very helpful although the bus time tables were there, too much detail about things too far away. Need more local walks info.

Good beach especially at Old Hunstanton by the lighthouse.

Good beach especially at Old Hunstanton by the lighthouse. Small town and hilly if walking is a problem . Disappointed with the number of Cafe/restaurants closed. Favourite place was the craft centre in Old Hunstanton. Useful bus service along the coast or to Hunstanton. Four/five days at Hunstanton when the weather wasn't too good is probably long enough

Great seaside town with a mixture of amenities for all.

Great seaside town with a mixture of amenities for all. There are some tourist aspects to it but all in all it seems to have retained an authentic seaside charm. Pretty homes dotted about, clean with lovely walking routes and parks. People seem very friendly and there are some great places to visit nearby.

Hunstanton is a lovely seaside location.

Hunstanton is a lovely seaside location. A great blend of everything you would want to keep young children amused and active. Great bars and restaurants and some lovely quirky shops. Lovely to walk along the front, or go to Old Hunstanton for better sand. Never far away from country walks and the wildlife reserves, a bird watchers paradise.

My husband is 84 and disabled and blind, so we just wanted to chill and give me a break. It was his birthday and we had afternoon tea....delicious. Just the place to chill out and breath in the wonderful sea air. We'll be back.

The hotel is in a wonderful place, the only things between the hotel and the sea are some dunes and beach huts. Also, Hunstanton is on the east coast but faces west so we had a couple of spectacular sunsets while sitting on the terrace overlooking the water. Breakfast was mostly okay, quite a good choice and plenty of space between tables. As expected, drinks were expensive - a medium glass of wine and a gin and tonic were about £11.40 but we were lucky enough with the weather to be able to sit on the terrace.

We both had the cooked breakfast which was very good. Bed was very large and comfortable. Room was nice and warm. Location was very close to the promenade and we enjoyed long walks along the seawall. The bathroom was large and had a bath and a shower with lots of hot water. We went to this hotel especially because it was dog friendly and were allowed to have our lovely dog with us in our bedroom. Free parking right outside the hotel was a bonus. Tea and coffee making facilities were topped up whenever we asked.

The hotel was great for a few nights in Hunstanton. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. We chose the continental breakfast option and, although there was nothing outstanding, it was excellent value with a good choice of cereals as well as toast and pastries/ muffins. On arrival, the staff were able to advise us about parking and at breakfast staff were helpful as wellas offering us full refreshment of the room catering.

. Really nice big room especially with the extra sitting area. Tea, coffee kettle in the room and the small fridge was a bonus. Common breakfast room downstairs with another fridge and the best coffee machine ! Everything was super clean, it all looked brand new . Great location, just a few minutes walk to the middle of town and easy parking right outside. If we come back to Hunstanton, we'd definitely stay here again.

My wife and I had a great stay, the hosts were very friendly and hospitable. The room was nice and clean and we had everything we could ever need and more - from water (tap and bottled) in the room fridge, to tea and coffee, to a TV with Amazon Prime. Breakfast was also very tasty. I liked the location too, as it's close to the sea and close both to the center and the Old Hunstanton Beach.

Very good understanding and accommodating for a child with special needs. Good breakfast choices. Well managed. I must say we stayed at the largest hotel in Hunstanton two years ago and it was appalling, unclean and unfriendly. Only because of that have we considered booking Bed & Breakfast/guest house venues instead. This experience has converted us!

The hotel is a 2 minute drive from the prom at Hunstanton which can also be accessed through a walk from the hotel, through an adjoining camp site. Our room was spacious. Breakfast was great with a self service buffet style cereals, fresh fruit, toast etc and then an ordered hot breakfast.
