The view onto the bridges from the lounge and kitchen was amazing and the apartment was very large. It was very cold when I arrived very late at night, and I immediately turned on the heating in the the bedroom, which was very efficient and warmed the room very quickly. Communication with the owner was very good and efficient with very easy to followinstructions, and the self check in was very convenient considering I arrived past midnight. There's even private parking just in front of the house. Pity I didn't stay longer to enjoy the apartment.

The staff was really nice and friendly. Although you have to pay for breakfast, it was good.

The property was close to the M90 so an ideal stopping off point when travelling north.

Food was wonderful, room was clean and comfortable, as expected.
Room very comfortable and facilities of high standard.
Room very comfortable and facilities of high standard. The staff were extremely helpful. View of bridge made our stay but traffic noise was constant and may be a problem for light sleepers.
The bedroom was far too bright at night. Light under desk and also by the door(probably fire escape regulations and not hotels fault).

We liked the comfort of this hotel , we liked the breathtaking views of The iconic Forth Bridges and I would happily return and recommend to others. It was worth paying extra for a room with river view even though we did not go for the most expensive.

It's a small town with a few sights but nothing to really write home about... - with one exception. "The Wee Restaurant" is an absolute MUST to dine at: one of the best ribeye steaks I ever had in my life!

Convenience to motorway with access to Edinburgh.
Staff all friendly and helpful. Nice clean room, with big, comfy bed. Good accessible shower with rain head, easy to use, hot water.
Breakfast was really good, fantastic choice of fruits, bakery and hot food. Great scrambled eggs. Catered for gluten free.
Buses plentiful into Edinburgh, Either from driving 3 mins to the park & ride, or walking through hotel garden to the bus stop. Adult fare is £5 return, with journey about 20-30 mins depending on traffic.
Highly recommend this hotel.
Great location, very calm neighborhood; great place to stay when you want to visit Edinburgh - train station is in walking distance or the bus station is around 2km (it has free parking and there are several buses each hour that take you to the center of Edinburgh).
Good to save some time to visit the North Queensferry as well - it has interesting history and very nice coastal path that brings you to a beach.
Beautifull views on the three bridges (each built in a different century ;-)
Excellent location & a perfect place as a base to venture out from & return to.. with a rather comfy bed that i had nee problem nodding off for a good nights sleep.. & the view out of the front window is fab.
Located not to far from the North Queensferry rail station its easy to head into Edinburgh, head north further into Scotland & even just hop a train across the iconic Forth rail bridge to Dalmeny where you find some tremendous places for food & even a boat trip.
The room was spacious & the bed comfortable.
The breakfast was very generous, great value & set us up for the day.
The view of the Forth Road Bridge from our breakfast table was amazing... see photo
Very conveniently located to catch the X55 express bus into Edinburgh.
The staff were very helpful & even stored our luggage for a few hours, despite us having already booked out.
The hotel looked lovely on approach with a huge car park.
The staff were so friendly and we were given complimentary warm cookies on arrival which was a great touch.
Our suite had a view to absolutely die for and it really was worth the money.
The food was lovely and room service was very quick.
The bed was huge and there were plenty of pillows.
Usual excellent service from this Hotel, I booked a Junior Suite but on reflection we would opt for a King Deluxe again with a view, felt the Junior Suite had a waste of space that we just didn't need, the bathroom is awesome and huge! Food exceptional in The Shore too
Hotel is excellent, stayed a few times. The views are spectacular. Breakfast was super and service great. Big choice of hot and cold dishes. The dining room looks onto the three bridges and is a great view while having breakfast or dinner. cannot fault it at all.
The staff were lovely and welcoming, nice clean hotel, restaurant had a beautiful view but bit of a wait for a table (we didn't book so this was slightly expected). Food was good and as stated previously all staff members were welcoming and helpful.
A most attractive and modern hotel situated at an amazing scene: everything met our expectations and the staff were most polite, courteous and helpful. The room, bathroom, beds, and breakfast all good. A most enjoyable short stay: thank you.
The location was easy to find and the room was spacious with good views over the Forth. Check in and out was quick and the staff were friendly and helpful even when under pressure. The menu and meal for the wedding I was there for was good.
Rooms were well appointed, with spectacular views of the Forth Road Bridge. The hotel was immaculately spotless and the Shore Grill was delightful. Great food and excellent views with very helpful and pleasant staff .
Spotlessly clean, modern rooms with great facilities, great view of the new bridge when lit up at night. Food was excellent as well and great location for both Fife and Edinburgh
Lovely rooms not impressed with the 15 pound we had to pay for an upgrade to a room with a view. The hotel was hardly full and view only of one bridge if stood at the window.
One cannot hope for more in such a city. The hotel is far from everything and does not have a good restaurant. There is almost no service past the front desk.
