This is a brand new hotel. It is located on the upper floor of an apartment block. The upper floor has - I believe - four different rooms..... My room was immaculate. Excellent lighting. Large fridge. Comfortable bed. Large bathroom with good shower. Super view from two sides of the room. Plenty of electrical outlets. A modern heating and cooling unit......The hosts were very kind and cooked a tasty breakfast for me.....The hotel may be hard to locate since it currently has no sign or street number on the building. So I uploaded a photo of the building with this review. The location on the booking.com map is correct. I was not sure about where the hotel was so I went to the Tourist Center in the centre of Khulo. The man there called the hosts to get the proper location and arrange for the host to meet me outside the hotel for check-in. The hosts live in a house below the hotel and there is no reception desk at the hotel at this time. The hosts speak Georgian and Russian and you will have to communicate by phone or text in those languages. But the hosts are responsive and it is worth the effort.

The people were exceptionally warm and kind. They made me feel like family. I wish I could have stayed longer.

I really liked the location and the breakfast and dinner that I got. I liked that I had a lot of privacy, while I could also play Fifa and ping pong with the son of the hosts. The hosts also drove me between the centre of Khulo and the guesthouse, which is a long walk. Lastly, everything was very clean.
