The location, the setting and the comfort level of the house itself were all excellent, but the personal touch and helpfulness of Demi and her mum really made this holiday so special. This included birthday surprises, instant communication and cake 🥰

We arrived at 4am because of a delayed ferry. Check-in was still available, and a sympathetic member of staff was waiting to present us our key. Dimitri was especially kind and, understanding how tired we were, made special arrangements for us the next day. My wife had coffee in bed with a flower from the garden from the staff. So very friendly, and genuinely so. Samos is generally a wonderfully calm and friendly place, but Gagou Bay Hotel stands out. We will be staying here again, and making sure our family and friends stay here.
