We arrived late in HER airport, so we choose this hotel because of not far away from airport, half board, beach, can see sunrise. We had dinner in Yamas restaurant which has nice seaview. The dinner was small portions like street food but the view and atmosphere was great. The beach-Psaromoura is just just downhill, clean and calm. Staffs were friendly, WIFI stable, price worthy for half board.

The customer service was absolutely amazing! When I arrived, it turns out I got an upgrade to a suite with my own private pool - which was quite nice. And I cannot say enough about how kind, hospitable, and charming the staff was! Everyone I met made me feel like a million bucks and I could not recommend this place more.

I booked this hotel because of attractive price and good guests comments. The hotel is located in county side with scenery view. There are several nice beaches and cliffs in this area. It’s better to have a car to drive around.
The staffs do multiple works, friendly to guests. There are activities in the evening. The food in restaurant is fine but som dishes are outstanding and tasty. They cook food by heart. I can see all guests are smile. The hotel pleases guests very well.

A small town in the bottom of this gorgeous bay. There is a small promenade along the beach. Lots of taverns and with small souvenir shops and several minimarkets. There is even a diving and boatrent centre, so lots of watersports.

My wife and I stayed here for 4 nights in late August 2023 celebrating our 25th Anniversary and we were upgraded for free to a suite (Room 805). We chose the all-inclusive package which included all meals in buffet style, as well as draft beer, house cocktails, and wine. Name brand alcohol was available for a fee. Plenty of Greek food as well as options for picky eaters. 2 pools, but only the upper one has a bar for all-inclusive. The bar at the ocean level swimming area is not all-inclusive. There is a bus that runs round trip from the hotel to the center of Heraklion about every 1 1/2 hours. We would definitely stay here again!

Agia Pelagia is a great strip of beach compared to others we stayed at. Vibrant little town. Snorkeling is as good as it gets with those planks of seafloor, you'll gets crabs 10 or 15 species of fish and even octopi. Also for snorkeling do not miss Paliokastro next door, and beautiful beach.
Great surrounding, quiet and green, with beautiful flowers around building and fresh fruits from trees. We had a really good rest and relax there.
Pool was great. It is big and there were few people so it was mostly only us, we could use it almost anytime we wanted.
Comfortable bed and room was cleaned every three days. Bless you for air condition in rooms :)
Each apartment has its own terrace - it was really nice spot to have a morning coffee and chill in the evenings. Better than any 5 star ocean view hotel room!
The view from the room was great!
The hotel is surrounded by two beaches and both are unique and amazing. One is attached to a hotel, so u can use the beds and get drinks from the bar, and the other is public but also is pretty nice and has a cafe next to it.
I enjoyed my stay, because of general location and the staff was very nice. Also all-inclusive added its value for the money, so there is no way we can complain!
Super-helpful receptionists ❤️ recommended the best places in Agia Pelagia. I especially loved Anna!
Breakfast is amazing, fresh homemade Cretan food. If you still hungry they will fill you up till your good.
The view is one of the best in Agia Pelagia, you see the whole bay area in front of you. The terrace and pool area are fun to be in with tons of inflatables and comfy sunbeds.
In house restaurants dinner is no different, the food is fresh and fulfilling.
Super friendly staff and always tending to you needs, they really wanted us to have a good time staying at their place.
Pretty much everything was perfect, and we had an amazing holiday. We booked 3 separate apartments for a family group holiday. The family who run the business were very helpful, showing us the best way to get to places, even giving us a lift to the nearest bus stop. Each apartment was cleaned daily. Air con was a huge plus, as it was VERY hot.
50m walk from the beach, lovely outside spaces with each apartment. A quiet holiday which suited us all.
My partner and me stayed in the junior suite for my birthday weekend (inhabitants of Crete) and it was absolutely gorgeous. Balcony with an astonishing view + very close to the main pool with good sun layers. We made a reservation at the Marea restaurant for my birthday, which we really enjoyed. Together with an amazing saxophone performance, a great hostess/waitress, and a fantastic sea view, the evening as a whole was considered perfect.
The staff and management went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant. Upon arrival we were welcomed with drinks and food even though we arrived very late, and the restaurant was already closed. The food was not very diverse, but was definitely very tasty. Drinks were served for all inclusive guest from morning till 23;00 at the pool bar. The pool was very clean and a great size. The cleanliness of the hotel and rooms was excellent.
Location was excellent. Next to the shop, with a nice view on the sea. There is a restaurant next to the villa. Only 10 minutes walk from 2 beaches. Many restaurants nearby on the beach. The Host is absolutely ameasing. She invited us to a party in the garden, was always very helpful. The villa has 2 floors. Everything is managed to look nice and grant comfort and privacy. We are grateful for such a nice stay. Couldn't be any better.
George and his team are exceptional friendly and helpful! We felt so warmly welcome, everything was taken care of. If you want something apart from the Mass tourism on Crete, this is definitely a refuge place to stay!
But by far the best is the Food, you have to experience that quality and service. The diner is the highlight, the quality and taste was the best we experienced on Crete. Big Thanks to the Chef and his team as well!

Ended up booking late as plans changed, what a find! Unique and unforgettable experience, charming villa in a stunning location with the beach, waves, and a buzzing seaside waterfront literally on your door step. We wish we had longer.
Yvonne is a wonderful welcoming host and we will make this the main stop in Crete next time.
very comfy place for a family, good location, in walking distance to Psaromoura Beach (10 min) and to Agia Pelagia beach (about 20 min).
the host was very welcoming, friendly and helped us with all our questions/requests.
we had a great time in Crete and would definitely book this place again.
The apartment is spacious, with a nice balcony. It's a good bargain for the price. Nearby there are parking spaces and it is close to a supermarket and a car rental. In a couple of minutes on foot you can reach the beach and all restaurants. In the apartment there is air conditioned luckily.
Great base for exporting Crete! Large, beautifully decorated apartment with everything you might need. Amazing outdoor space with playground for kids and swimming pool and sun-lounges for everyone. We appreciated the quiet neighborhood and the privacy. Would love to return.
This is my second time at sea side resort - and to my surprise this time the hotel became even better than the last time we visited - better food, better attractions, the staff was just remarkable!
Sea side - Keep up the good work!
