We arrived at 4am because of a delayed ferry. Check-in was still available, and a sympathetic member of staff was waiting to present us our key. Dimitri was especially kind and, understanding how tired we were, made special arrangements for us the next day. My wife had coffee in bed with a flower from the garden from the staff. So very friendly, and genuinely so. Samos is generally a wonderfully calm and friendly place, but Gagou Bay Hotel stands out. We will be staying here again, and making sure our family and friends stay here.

Breakfast was good, and the room was comfy and cleaned every day. The stuff was very nice and helpful with everything. for example with taxis, car rentals, forgotten charger and everything we needed! We had a delightful free welcome drinks, lovely location on the beach, and around 6€ taxi for getting to town

The owners are a very lovely family and they did their best to help us. The location was exceptionally practical to reach marina and restaurants. There is a kitchenette at the balcony, we were definitely amazed. The view of the balcony is breath taking. Zorbas was our 2nd destination at the Samos and if we had known about this hotel before, we would stay longer. It's gonna be our 1st choice for our next Samos visit.
