We didn’t know that breakfast was included but no issues as we probably could have asked and they would have provided. Margarita and her husband are truly wonderful, and their hospitality is second to none. I would highly recommend reserving a room here as its close to the port and easy to get to.

Excellent and generous breakfast.
The shower was too tiny.
The service was exceptional.
Had we known how small the room was, we would have opted for a larger room. The online ad did not reveal how tight the room was. The balcony was an added-value feature, but that did not compensate for the lack of sitting space in the room. That room would be perfect for a single tenant, a smaller bed, and some armchair.

The property was a nice location. Anna, who met us there was wonderful and helpful and took good care of the property. The property could just use some updating in the bathroom grout. And the kitchen could use a rubber spatula that fits the small skillet and a fresh clean sponge would be nice. The bedding was nice and beds comfortable. There was lots of great space for visiting and great views of the harbor

Wonderful location, super clean (fresh towels, bathroom cleaning, dishes done, and room tidied up DAILY). And the proprietor was brilliant, and was tireless about helping us out when our departure ferry got canceled and then when the alternate ferry we booked got delayed, at first until midnight — then until 4 am. She offered us a bed to rest in for the evening in her own personal space ❤️

If you want a place to chill out, unwind and be at ease, this is the place. From the moment you arrive at the port , you are met by a staff member and whisked up the hill to an amazing view of the port, bay and surrounding mountains. The warmth and friendliness of the staff are second to none and they make you feel right at home- nothing is a problem. The rooms are spacious and well appointed, really lovely toiletries in the bathrooms with verandas and sitting out areas. You wake up to the sound of sheep bells and donkeys in the nearby fields. The hotel is less than a year old and is kept spotlessly clean. The pool is surprisingly deep and great for cooling off after a day's sightseeing or sunbathing. Breakfast is ordered the night before on their app to cut down on waste and it's so beautiful sitting on the terrace with chill zone music looking out over the bay. We spent 3 days there and decompressed completely! Would I recommend it ?- 100% yes. Would I go back? - 100% yes.

amazing location right at the beach
very welcoming staff
The beach. A choice of restaurants. Convenient for the ferries. Close to other towns like Apolina and Kastro.
And Sifnos is one of the best Greek islands for being unspoilt, clean, amazing views, lovely villages and very good restaurants. It seems to be a gourmet island, unlike others.

The island of Sifnos is idyllic, To Steno apartments are literally 30 metres from a beautiful Sandy beach, shops, beachfront restaurants and bars.
The port is only a 5 minute walk and there is a bus stop where the bus takes you to other destinations on the island. There are plenty of scooter/car hire shops in the town with competitive prices. The restaurants sell traditional delicious Greek dishes, The Sifnos chickpea stew is very tasty and only about €5 and a local lamb stew is delicious also washed down with a carafe of red wine. The capital of Sifnos is Apollonia and I’d a 15 min bus trip away, it is absolutely beautiful with gorgeous blue domed churches, narrow winding alleyways with amazing shops, boutiques, jewellery shops and restaurants. We went one evening for dinner, it was a good choice as it was cooler and less crowded for walking around the town and all shops are open until 10pm. The restaurants are little more expensive but they are lovely. The last bus returns to Kamares at 22.00 so plenty of time to explore the area.
The apartment was in a perfect location and was super clean and maintained with excellent facilities for tea/coffee, a fridge, breakfast goodies and good wifi connection. Sofia, the host is absolutely lovely and organised an extra night stay for us as we wanted to stay longer!

Kamari is the port for the island, hence it is a convenient place to stay. It is a small port and is not busy or noisy. There are several cafes, restaurants, mini markets, and an overall delightful Greek ambience. The beach is excellent, sandy, gently sloping and spotlessly clean. There are sun loungers and parasols at one end and tamarisk trees and dunes at the other end. Cafes and toilets, Quiet.
If beach life is your main priority Kamares is an excellent choice. If walking is your main priority then perhaps Appolonia or thereabouts would be a more suitable base as it is the centre of the bus system which gives access to the whole island. There is an hourly bus service from Kamares. There are superb waymarked walks throughout the island and a free accurate (!) map and guide thereto.

We did some great walks whilst there..very well signposted trails all over the island.Kamares had a
good selection of restaurants and some very well priced.Only 1 small grocery shop but it was well stocked and the staff were helpful!
Good bus service to all parts of the island..especially liked Vathy.
Recently renovated and spacious house which is fully equipped with a kitchen and laundry. The house is elevated and has a large terrace which overlooks Kamares with amazing sunset views and is a two minute walk to a small cove which is perfect for a morning or afternoon swim. The house is close to the port and only a 5 minute walk to the restaurant, shops and the main beach at Kamares. George is an informative and attentive host.
The hotel was very cute and the location was wonderful. Mostly we appreciated how lovely the staff were right for the start of our stay, suggesting local spots to explore and places to eat, offering us a later checkout without any hassles. The manager was extremely wonderful and went above and beyond to help us in an emergency situation. We are very grateful to her for her kindness.
We had a great stay - the hotel is a short walk from the beach in Kamares. It's close to a bus stop with good connections to other villages on Sifnos. The room itself was clean and comfortable and had a nice view from the balcony. Staff were very helpful, giving us good recommendations for where to go and it was no problem to leave our luggage in the reception on the last day.
A wonderful place to stay. Very clean and a lovely breakfast with plenty to choose from.
We had a stunning view from the balcony over the town of Kamares, the sea, the mountains and the hotel's lovely pool.
Very helpful and kind staff.
Can definitely recommend Xerolithia - a place you want to return to.
The accommodation is just in front of the beach in Kamares and only 5/10 mins walking from shops, restaurants and bus stops. The staff is lovely and provided us with very useful tips about the island. Breakfast is homemade and was the highlight of our stay as it tasted delicious.
Very lovely family run hotel with a beach access through bamboo stand. Owner was very nice! We needed no foot board and a coffee maker and he helped us out. The bathroom was roomy with a great shower and the beds were comfy- not the usual hard Greek mattress. Thanks!!
The standout for us was the staff, Christos, Pepi and her daughter were just brilliant and made us feel at home! The views of the hotel were amazing and the breakfast was good! The hotel is situated in such a calm area and we really felt like we were on holidays!
The hotel had incredible views and the location was amazing! Super close to the beach, market and restaurants. The breakfast was very good and there was a wide selection of food. The room was small, but very functional and had a lovely little balcony!
This hotel is a gem. Fabulous location a quick walk to town and the beach The staff was wonderful with great recommendations and could get a taxi wherever you were to go somewhere or get back. Very clean and just a great comfortable place to stay
The owner, Monolos, and his entire family are so kind, friendly, and do whatever they can to make your stay as pleasant as possible. The hotel is brand new, clean and the a/c is fantastic. I highly recommend this outstanding hotel.
Lynn was amazing. She helped us with what to do, where to go and was very kind. The service is very good, rooms very clean, plug in by the bed!! Beautiful sandy Beach very short walking distance right out the hotel
Spacious room with small balcony ; pleasant common area with coffee-machine available all day; very friendly and helpful staff and owner; busstop right outside the hotel, short walk to village centre and beach.
Ms Anta at the reception was very kind and helpful. The hotel is located very close to Sifnos port, bus stops and main amenities. All things considered, good value for money.
The location and the view are exceptional. The owners came to get us at the boat because walking the steep hill to the hotel with a suitcase is very demanding.
