Kolimibia is fine.
Kolimibia is fine. It is however an excellent base to explore Rhodes, Faliraki, Lindos. They are all beautiful locations. The beach bar is Kolimbia is fabulous. The best places to eat is the authentic Greek taverns. There are two taverns just outside of the town enroute to seven springs. You will need a car. Kolimbia is a quiet spot but not too far away is Faliraki which has a busier nightlife. Lindos is a must. If possible do Lindos and Rhodes at night. St.Pauls bay is one of the most beautiful bays in the world.

I liked everything: the grounds, the hotel itself is very cosy and clean, the staff is wonderful and very helpful, the atmosphere is amazing, the food selection.
I hope the owners appreciate the staff, because they are an asset.
It seems that we have found a hotel where we liked absolutely everything ( well, maybe I would suggest changing the wine :))

You need a car.
You need a car. Good selection of restaurants and water sports offered. We were able to hire a boat for the day which was great as we were able to go round the coastline at our leisure and stop off at different beaches when we wanted to as opposed to the organised trips which dictate when and where you stop. The beach was nice but we preferred Tsampika beach which had more facilities. Sun bed hire was 10 euro for 2 beds for the day and waiter service on app. Kolimbia is a good location for then visiting Rhodes town - old town is a must see. You need to get there early to find parking. Lindos with the Acropolis which has to be seen is also easy to reach. After Acropolis there is also St Paul's Bay which although very pretty, wanted 40 euro for 2 sunbeds and food was very expensive and not much different to what you can get at Tsampika. The water was oily and slimy from boat fuel. We felt the place was a rip-off and would not go again despite it being advertised as a private beach.

Midpoint and in easy reach of Old Town Rhodes (a must see), buzzing Faliraki, Tsambika beach with sea parks and water activities, Stegna with best seafood restaurants and picture perfect Lindos! Hire a car to explore and get to secluded beach coves.
We booked Villa Nikoli at very short notice as only just added to booking.com and what a find! When not in the pool we were at easy reach of Tsambika beach with inflatable and water activities, buzzing Faliraki, beautiful Lindos and Old Town Rhodes only short drives away. Powerful air-conditioning units and WiFi kept all ages happy! Hosts George and Anthula cooked us an authentic Greek dinner one night and make sure to ask Anthula whether she will sell some of her amazing grape jam/syrup!
The location of the hotel wasn’t too bad, there is a bus stop just round the corner that takes you to Rhodes old town for 4 euros which takes about an hour. The same bus also goes through falaraki.
You can also get a bus from the same stop which goes to lindos - also 4 euros each way. The bus timetable is available if you ask reception staff at the hotel.
The hotel staff were friendly and always spoke and smiled when passing.
The villa was easy to find and comfortable, the outdoor area, in particular was lovely, great views and garden. It was in a fairly quiet area, there is a road nearby, but not really noticeable. We had some initial teething problems with Wi-Fi and hot water, but they were very quickly and efficiently sorted out by the Rhodes Villa’s rep, thanks for your help, we would definitely recommend the villa if you intend to stay on Rhodes.
The hotel is unbelievably clean, really friendly staff, great pool for kids of all ages. Food available most of the day (pizza outside restaurant hours in the day an gyros in the evenings) and it's located on the main strip so you have shops to wander around. 5 min walk to a good beach, great transport links about 40 mins to Lindos an 50 to Rhodes.
For what you pay this place will honestly be hard to beat.
Highly recommend! Both for families, as well as a group of friends. Beautiful Villa. Perfect location, in the middle of all of Rhodes‘ highlights. Very spacious for 8 people, secluded with a lot of privacy. Very clean and well equipped. Highly recommended! Host was very responsive and helpful. The 3rd floor belongs to the owner, but don‘t worry about it, we did not notice or see the owner during our stay.
The house is ideal for families that would like to spend few quiet days in Rhodes. It is about 30 minutes drive to the old town of Rhodes and 10 minutes drive to Tsampika beach. There are restaurants and grocery stores nearby and a beach within walking distance. The kids loved the swimming pool. The hosts are excellent and always available if anything is needed. We would highly recommend.
Irene was a great host and communicated well before and throughout our stay. We were a family of ten and had plenty of space to spread out around the property. Olive Villa is tucked away in private grounds but has close proximity to both local shops and taverna restaurants. It is also only 5 minutes in the car to Tsampika beach and 20-25 minutes from Rhodes Town.
Our stay at villa Heather was spectacular. Firstly , the location is great , exactly in the middle of the island. It gives you the opportunity to explore the whole island . The beach is only two minutes away. The villa is really beautiful and the whole atmosphere is idyllic. We totally recommend this villa if you want to visit Rhodes.
Great welcome and friendly owners. Lovely setting and gardens. Well placed for several local tavernas. About 10-15 minute stroll to the beach. 2 minutes to bus stop for trips to Rhodes and Lindos. Clean, fresh apartment. Nice quiet pool with views to the hills. Let us check-out late as we had an evening flight. 👍😀
The staff is just amazing ,very friendly
ruth and levinv from the pool team will do anything to make your stay very special
food is tasty ,pool and beach activities are wonderful
we had a very goodtime

The hotel was amazing! We booked a premium room but got upgraded to suite with a huge private pool and garden!
The buffet dinner was awesome, every night different choices! The staff was friendly and helpful also :)
Best hotel in Rhodes and maybe the whole Greece!!!
Absolutely amazing :) highly recommended to everyone. Food was great, location perfect, staff super nice. a Huge thank you to the lovely receptionist Agnieszka, who is the biggest star of the hotel :) Nothing is impossible for her :) would love to come back :)
The setting is idyllic. Clearly one of the most beautiful hotels I have visited, minimalist as I like.
The staff is super nice (a plus for Vasilis!!).
We stayed in the split suite which is incredibly well decorated, it's beautiful.
We had the best time at the Atlantica Aegean Blue. The place is gorgeous with a great beach, pools, and water park. The staff were incredibly friendly without exception. The food was great. The kids didn’t want to leave!
This is an amazing luxury hotel, with a lovely private beach. The staff could not be more attentive and polite. We were upgraded to a swim up room, cosy and modern, with a great view. We had a wonderful time.
Excellent hotel at a great location. The property is well maintained and offers several facilities. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Food in the restaurants is good.
Kolymbia Village is centrally located and is an easy drive from the port and airport. One can easily drive to Rhodes Town or visit the beaches of Lindos and further south.
