The location was very good, close to the beach, and with parking nearby. The beds were extremely comfortable, the rooms were clean, and the manager is the nicest person ever. She is very attentive to your needs. She is very helpful with whatever you need. I highly recommend Hotel Prinos.

Prinos is probably the most boring and not so pretty place...
Prinos is probably the most boring and not so pretty place on Thassos so I wouldn't stay there again even though the appartment we staied in was nice and the hosts were great. Near by there are nicer locations and if you don't mind the view and the village and travel all over the island, Prinos can be a place for just sleeping. It is cheaper to eat out compared to Potos for example. So not too bad, but if you are looking for a pretty Greek village - that is not the one :)

Amazing sunsets. Clean sea. Multiple beaches, some free some private. Hotel has got amazing private beach with amazing service to your tanning bed. There are restaurants close to the nearby port (about 1 Km), good local food.

Family hotel PROTEAS offer excellent Ratio of price and quality. First impression has been nice clean room with balcony toward pine wood. Room is equiped with net against Mosquitos so good sleep is ensured. Every day we enjoy breakfast seating in the yard in full shadows. Position of the hotel is such that you can reach sea in three different direction. West /150 m from sea. North/ 400m from sea/ and to the east /1km from sea. The friendly hotel owner allowed us to celebrate us birthday.

This house is NOT in Prinos. Actually, there are 4 Prinos's! The ferry docks at Skala Prinos. From there it's 2 km to Prinos village - OK, but nothing special. It's another 5 km uphill to Mikros Prinos and Megalos Prinos, where House Rhodia is located. Megalos Prinos is also called Kazaviti and Megalo Kazaviti. It is a traditional village of stone houses, now largely owned or rented by non-Greeks. However, the surroundings are fantastic, and Thasos Island as a whole is a wonderful place to relax. There are beaches everywhere, good food is easy to find, and various kinds of water sports are available.MichelUnited States of America - 8.0Scored 8.0

Chose this location to be convenient for the ferry for departure after touring the island. Buses run regularly from the port. You are about 20 minute drive from Limnas. There are scooter and car hire companies in the town. There is an ATM. There are a few restaurants and café/bars. The food was good in any we tried. Also new towels every day, and the bad sheets was changed in every 2-3 days. The location is also pretty good, for us it was exactly what we wanted. It is a bit isolated from the noise and a lot of crowd, but it is as well pretty close to everything that you need during your stay. We would choose this hotel for the next visit for sure. Stelios and his wife are so nice and communicative hosts who really care about you and your great time in the island. The rooms are clean, the villa is perfect and Stelios has beautiful garden where you can enjoy your mornings and evenings. Everything is in one hand distance. The beach, Prinos centre, the shops. We appreciate the great location, which is virtually on the beach, in a quiet neighborhood and close to a good taverna. The service is friendly and the rooms are modern, clean, and well kept. Sentimento only has a bar, which also services the beach. Compared to our first stay, the owners have made improvements to the beach experience. The beach itself is suitable for families with young children as the water is rather shallow for a good distance. Thassos town is about 20 min away by car.
