+ the apartment is taking all the second floor of a house, with nice balcony all around - feels like your private house + apartment is spacious, there is everything you need , like at home + house is build very good, so it keeps cold even at hot days + there are very good air conditioners + there is a bedroom for kids - our kids loved it + there is a big living room, with 2 big sofas and TV and kitchen area with dining table - very comfortable to be all together even when you cook, but kids plays around + house is located in small street, so its very quiet and in the morning all can disturb your sleep is birds singing :)
